Criteria To Rent
One prospect must make 3 times
the amount of rent.
Two adult prospects are required to make 2 times the amount of rent.
We like to see at least 70% in good credit.
We accept co-signers for college students only. The Security Deposit is typically 1 month's rent. Renter's insurance is required.
Utilities must be turned on the day of move-in. If a pet is allowed, the pet fee of $300.

We offer homes for rent in Greensboro, High Point, and Reidsville.
We manage single family homes, duplexes and small apartment complexes.
We collect monthly rents and disburse electronically every month to our clients.
Residents are to email TPS with all maintenance requests. Any maintenance expenses for that month are paid with the collected rent.
During lease-up, when the home is vacant,
we charge a small flat monthly fee.
When the home is Rented, we charge a percentage of the monthly rent collected.
We charge no other fees for initially renting the home nor do we have a sir-charge for maintenance requests.

All applicants must complete an application and show proof of employment or income which meets our criteria. We research credit, criminal, employment and past rental history.
We would like to see the applicant make 3 times the amount of rent. It is up to the owner whether we will accept a pet; dog or cat.
